13. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Freestone Mental Health may use AI-powered tools to support clinical documentation and enhance care delivery. These tools:
- Operate under direct provider supervision
- Do not make clinical decisions
- Are used strictly for efficiency and accuracy in recordkeeping
- Do not replace human judgment or patient-provider interaction

Our AI tools are HIPAA-compliant and do not independently access or transmit your PHI. All AI-generated content is reviewed and finalized by a licensed provider before becoming part of your health record.

By engaging in services provided by Freestone Mental Health, PLLC, the client acknowledges and agrees to the use of secure, HIPAA-compliant artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, including digital scribe tools, as part of clinical documentation and care delivery processes
